Student administrative support (the student support team) is your first port of call for enrolment or general administrative questions.
What is the student support team?
The student support team is here to help you with getting up and running with your course as well as general support for all your administration enquiries.
If you’re having any problems logging into your OpenSpace account or you have questions relating to course procedures, we’re the ones to talk to. Also, if you need to speak to someone in the learning support team or workplace learning support team, we can also arrange that for you.
What kinds of things can the student support team help me with?
These are the types of things the student support team can help you with:
- managing your enrolment
- providing an update on your course progress
- logging into OpenSpace
- contacting your trainer
- showing you how to upload an assessment for marking on OpenSpace
- following up on posted assessments
- what to do if you want to apply for recognition of prior learning
- what to do if you need to defer or extend your course
- issuing your record of assessment
- directing you to the right person if they can’t help you.
